About Us
Andaluza Home is an independent home fragrance brand inspired by the landscapes, architecture and heritage of Andalusia.
Our products are handcrafted in small batches in Álora, Málaga, Spain.

Ordering
When you place an order through our website, you will receive an email confirming that we have received it.
Acceptance of your order takes place when your order has been prepared for dispatch.
In the unlikely event that a product becomes unavailable after your order has been placed, we will contact you promptly to discuss the available options, including an alternative product or a full refund.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders where fraudulent activity is suspected or where an obvious pricing or technical error has occurred.
Prices & Payment
All prices shown on our website include VAT where applicable.
Depending on your location, prices may be displayed in Euros (€) or Pounds Sterling (£).
Payment is securely processed using the payment methods available during checkout. We do not store your payment card details.
Handmade Products
Every Andaluza Home product is handcrafted in small batches.
Because of this, slight variations in colour, finish, wax appearance, botanicals, labels or packaging may naturally occur between batches. These variations are part of the character of handmade products and do not affect their quality or performance.
Product Information
We make every effort to describe our products accurately and display colours as faithfully as possible.
However, colours may appear differently depending on individual screens and devices.
Fragrance performance naturally varies between different product formats. A candle, reed diffuser, room mist and bath & body product will each deliver fragrance differently due to their intended method of use.
Customer Accounts
Existing customers of Finca Gran Cerros Home Fragrance may continue using the same email address previously associated with their account.
Customer accounts, loyalty points and eligible product reviews have been transferred to Andaluza Home as part of our transition to our new online home.
If you experience any difficulty accessing your account, please contact us and we'll be happy to help.
Loyalty Rewards
Our loyalty programme is intended as a thank you for our customers.
Points, rewards and programme benefits may be amended, suspended or withdrawn at our discretion. Where practical, any significant changes will be communicated in advance.
Loyalty rewards have no cash value and cannot be exchanged for cash.
